Copy delivery

An order will be completed and sent on your e-mail during 3 working days after the confirmation of payment (automatic change of the order status in case of the Internet payment) or receiving of a copy of the payment receipt (in case of payment via bank / post).

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Copyright and Related Rights", the received copies are allowed to use only for scientific and educational purposes. It’s forbidden to replicate electronic copies, deliver on any basis to any persons and organizations. The user is responsible for the copyright violation.

Please, send your questions and wishes about the quality of the received copies on the e-mail edd@nlb.by. Specialists of the service will try to take into account your wishes. The quality of copies depends on peculiarities of the authentic document.
